Information on ordering:

• $500 order minimum.
• A $20.00 Delivery charge will be added to the invoice if below minimum case count.
• Please place order (2) days in advance of scheduled delivery date.
• Payment is COD or with credit approval and account set up Net 15 Days. Payment is by invoice not statement.
• All products must be verified at time of delivery with the driver. No credit will be given for products after delivery day.
• C & C will not be responsible for any Typographical errors.
